Hey there, I'm Kate Krieg MBA.
Almost two decades ago I found myself 30 kilos overweight, unfulfilled, and deep down suffering from low self-worth.
In the past, I was 'all things to all people' - a people pleaser basically. Everyone else's needs came first and I came last.
I had no idea how disconnected I was from my true self. I was seeking external validation, experiencing imposter syndrome and impulsively running my life.
I had spent the best part of two decades climbing the corporate ladder, learning everything I felt I needed to achieve; but there was a profound gap in my understanding of myself.
That's when I shifted the focus from 'external' learning to deep internal work.
I started to uncover questions about what drove my behaviour, what my underlying motivations were and what defence mechanisms were holding me back.
I started to dive deep into my mindset, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours unraveling the parts of me that were keeping me stuck.
This process saw me lose 30 kilos, overcome habits and addictions, reduce people pleasing, start my dream business, land corporate collabs, buy our dream home, be more in love with my husband than the day I married him, and just generally develop a rich relationship with myself full of self-trust, self-validation and self-advocacy.
Now I dedicate my life to helping other women form a profound relationship with themselves, empowering them to take control of their lives and lead themselves to a whole new level as their very own cheerleader
